Not only glue, you need screws to put it together.

Good jig but the sled is a true 12" radius here. The fretboard is unfortunately not, its smaller by how much you lower the bit.

That's pretty much what most people seem to use to rout a radius. The trick is that without a CNC to do it for you getting the radius right is a pain in the anal behind. Man do I want a CNC.
