Where do art and technology intersect? In this video we learn how Robert Twomey, a doctoral candidate with The Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media (DXARTS), has integrated his engineering background with his art practice to create a piece titled "Convex Mirror."
DXARTS, an interdisciplinary degree-granting center within the College of Arts & Sciences, is designed to support the emergence of a new generation of hybrid artists. It fosters the invention of new forms of digital and experimental arts by blending expanded studio research with pioneering advances in digital computing, information technologies, performance, science, and engineering.
