The DA in NYC announced that he was not going to pursue felonies for armed robberies. Explain how that is tough on crime and guns.

The problem is not the guns, the problem is the everyday law changes, that allow free passage to walk free from jail to the law offenders, or be detained just for a few days in jail and realized to the streets again. we do need no more laws to be applied, what we fervently need is the law to be applied with all its weight to the letter. the law is a sham plaid by the law enforcers with no remorse.
