How to Apply for APS Certificate

Hello Everyone, in this video I have explained the details process to apply for APS certificate.
Starting November 1, 2022, APS certificates have become a mandatory part of the documents to be submitted along with your German study visa application at the VFS Global Centre. Anyone, irrespective of nationality, who is pursuing or has acquired educational qualification from any of the recognised Indian school boards or universities may apply for an APS certificate.

1. I have just completed the details about me and I didn't make the payment but it is submitted to Aps and I got mail as submitted and I didn't make payment now what I have to do ? It seems that My is not activated and how will I make payment to APS

Bro I had two doubts. One is the consent form is application form? If not then what is the application form which I need to print. And second one is my professor doesn't have any college related mail ID but they told me that they principal official mail ID. So, can I put that as my student login portal is not active. My university is not asking for proof of English language proficiency as they have exceptions for students whose education has been entirely in English as a medium of instruction.
Now, do I need to show any English test proficiency to get APS certificate?
