Integrate Apache Kafka with AWS S3 using Iceberg and Parquet

In this short I show you how to code an integration between Apache Kafka and AWS S3 using Apache Iceberg and Parquet format.

This code is part of a larger template that demonstrates how to generate data using an in house 'snake' style game and includes some preprocessing, cheat detection using an ML model trained on the game data stored in S3 as well as WebSocket servers and Redis cache for speedy data retrieval and transmission.
