Definitely needing this so bad had a really bad overwhelming anxiety attack at work yesterday last night and almost fainted. Thank God I got sent home before I collapsed it was dangerous the moment she said "let me hold your head while you cry on my shoulder" or whatever my eyes were already closed and head was already buried under my weighted blanket while listening to her stunning deep cozy voice to my ears. She just makes me feel safe by audio and man I can just imagine her in person which we probably wouldn't have to. She's definitely an amazing girl that's MAYBE around my age who's able to keep me this calm.

Not trying to spam. I just wanted you to know how grateful I am to you because making myself small was always a defense mechanism to survive growing up within a tumultuous childhood. Even as an adult I find it frightening to do otherwise. This concept you shared is so important to me that I now am taking steps forward to correct this and I have watched this video multiple times to start that journey.
