Chompi is a sampler / tape style looper and it's kickstarter is on fire. Blowing past 1 million in sales and selling out the initial stock.

The same idealogy as Synthtstrom, that kickstarted their own synth Deluge, now a couple years later, it has a build in screen because of the high demand, curious how chompi will be with their 2.0 version.

If I didn't own the original OP-1, I probably still wouldn't buy this due to lack of screen. I didn't consider the OP-Z for the same reason.

The qun mk2 is a more feature full alternative to the op-1, tho chompi looks to have a friendlier interface

Based on Daisy iirc so should support all that Daisy can do, and would equally share some limitations (I.e. too many programs on a real time kernel etc)
