I love this little cabin style home, i like the laundry room where its at, all you have to do is close the door and no one would know its there. I really like the closet area in the master bedroom, the kitchen is the perfect size with everything you need and the living room looks so cozy. I would live in this house in a heart beat.

Speaking as a carpenter in America, lumber here is based on a 4 foot rule. Plywood, hardboard siding, etc. all come in 4X8 ft sheets.
So when planning your house here, remember that.
Go for 24x32 or 28x36, etc. It's easier to figure costs of materials when you do this.

Pretty little house, but I would make the downstairs bedroom the master with ensuite bath where the laundry room is, then put laundry room where the bath was & add a toilet, to make it a laundry/powder room. The upstairs bath has a problem bc of no shower curtain. I would make it an enclosed shower, & add some shelves beside it. Also, I’d add an overhead cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink. Then it will be my perfect little dream home! 💗

Agree with trading downstairs laundry and bathroom spaces, with an entrance in bedroom through to bath. Also, redesign head space in the upper bath to remove the sloping ceiling over the bath/shower. Removing the wall between the kitchen and living rooms would really open the area up, unless you like the more compartmentalized rooms. With living in a small house, your outdoor areas become more necessary, so I would extend the back porch all the way across. Love this footprint!

This is a beautiful little house. I wouldn’t personally change anything about it for myself but I do understand what some people are saying about changing the laundry and downstairs bathroom around. I think it’s perfect the way it is though. Love the colors.

Mi sueño cumplido!!!.
Estas casas o cabañas como las llamamos acá, son espectaculares, porque en invierno son cálidas y en verano al tener buena ventilación son frescas. Al ser con madera no hay humedad ambiente ni siquiera en paredes. Muchos pueden pensar que es oscura, pero no, al contrario.
Yo me crié en una así y hoy dia me cuesta adaptarme a otro tipo de materiales y estructura.
Además, felicitaciones para el decorador, está todo lo que se necesita, sobre todo los libros y el hogar a leña. Gracias por traerme lindos recuerdos.
