i constantly have to check my pulse and it’s always fast because of f***in anxiety. then the one time when i check and it’s not that fast, it seems too slow and I start worrying.

Keep in mind, 50-100 bpm is normal. This person has a very low heartrate but it doesn’t mean a faster one is unhealthy ❤

i would like to have a normal heart rate but social anxiety says that when i have to participate in a school activity to throw a ball in front of like 20 people my heart rate has to be 177 (yes that was the number i was wearing my watch)

When calculating one's heart rate, is the "BUMP....bump" sound of the S1/S2 counted as one heart beat or two heart beats?
