In this webinar, "The Spirit of Critical Race Theory: Its Religious Roots and How it Speaks to the Church," presenter Dr. Glenn Bracey II explores critical race theory's spiritual foundations, which are often unacknowledged in contemporary writing and discussion. His talk will discuss the basic tenets of CRT, noting its founders’ reliance on Christian tradition and highlight the implicit spiritual claims in its core assumptions. He will conclude by suggesting how CRT speaks to several debates among religious practitioners and academic researchers.

The Providence College Anti-Racism Summer Series, sponsored by the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, provides virtual opportunities for members of the PC community to continue – together – on the journey to becoming a Beloved Community.

Crt is interesting.. Simply because my 2 sons will be judged on the color of their skin and be told how because people that have similar skin color have done things, that they should act as if they took part somehow.. Meanwhile those people dont know anything about them, so wont know their mother is indigenous.. If you want to teach history, great.. But dont teach people to hate themselves or others..

Anyone who espouses CRT is by definition a racist.

And no. Not the pathetic philosophy of racism, which is categorically incorrect. I am talking textbook definition -- a standard normal people use and agree with.

Why did he use Women of Color and Black men in the same sentence? Shouldn't it have been Black women and Black men?

Ha ha, these tenets of CRT are simply asserted. So I should simply accept that every time there is an inequality that it is evidence of racism?

Permanence of racism, intersectionality. This really is a religion. You guys are making racist arguments and you don’t even see it.
