I remember a TV news story over 10 years ago, where a college professor (I don't remember where or what kind of professor) was using some lighter-than-air (Hydrogen?) gas to make the foam with, so that it would float up into the air. But since it was opaque and 5 to 8 feet in diameter, it scared airplane pilots who saw it as they were coming in to land. The professor got into trouble, and quit doing it. Can you say "No Fly Zone"?
