CTC 3D Printer How to Replace the Nozzle

After playing with flexible filament I left my printer unattended and came back to a big mess. The result was I needed to replace the nozzle and re-align both print heads. I decided to make this little video to show you how I replace the nozzle and align both print heads.

Hi,
I did reset to factory settings to my CTC dual nozzles printer. As a result firmware version back to initial version - now it is a single extruder model). Could you please suggest me how to restore my printer to normal condition with two nozzles?

Can I ask you. Have just bought printer and I am having problems installing printhead on carriageway, it seems to be not sitting properly because of the cables etc to the nozzles etc, any advice gladly appreciated.

so you use your printer without any ptfe tubing inside the nozzle or the heating block?

Did you you print off the top mounting bracket that goes on top of your fans and stepper motors? My wood one broke and was looking for another.
I noticed that when I added spring clip filament guides that tpu or ninja flex had issues printing. When I went back to the stock simple throat guides TPU and Ninja Flex printed great.

Currently I have problem show " Filament missing " error. Anyone know this? Please help

I think mine came extremely faulty. EVERY time I print something, it clogs mid-print. The inner gear over the nozzle gets clogged with molten PLA and it stops feeding. So after EVERY print (given it finished or not) I have to unscrew everything and remove the loose filament inside. Is that a stupid printer design or do I have do change something?

Hello I bought the ctc second hand and didn't have much with printing so I've bought new nozzles and heat blocks etc. The problem I have is I can't calibrate the height because I can't print the aligmnet jig. Would you be willing to print me one if I pay for it and send it to me. I'm in the UK aswell BTW.

This wasn't helpful at all. Where are the important screws to locate to get off the main printing part where the fans and nozzles are? How did you disassemble it? How did you put it back together? To many questions that barely any videos have but "oh we already took it apart and this is what it looks like but we aren't going to show you how we did it".
