Free to play in maple story is mindless grinding. Pay to play is you go to work in real life for 8 hours and buy cubes only to realize after you burn through your check, your item is the same. Lolol

I enjoy reboot because its not required to play everyday. You can jump on whenever and still progress. For someone that works alot every week and needs to recuperate from work. It's deffently worth the time invested into the game. The best part is, is that it is a free to play and progression doesn't make real money a requirement. Years back, it was always the struggle to learn to merch, make mesos, find daily parties for grinding and what not. Now you can just solo it all. Well... Most of it.

Yes, reboot is free to play. People just spend money unnecessarily for fashion items. End-game players easily spend 1, 000+ Red/Glowing cubes on each of their gear to get 3L. That’s worth an average of $1, 200 an end-game player in regular server would have to pay for. Not to mention the passive final damage Reboot has that we reg server players also have to pay for to be on par with Reboot (with scrolling and bonus potential).

Reboot is Maplestory easy mode. With that being said, I don’t hate Reboot/Reboot players because without Reboot, MapleStory would have died years ago. Just don’t @ me when reboot players complain their free 3L 22* pitch boss item costed them the same as me in reg server.

Heroic servers may be f2p, but their progress is much easier at the very least they should have some limitation after all they have it much easier than a normal player
