How to create Template in Photoshop.

In this video, we will see how to create our very own template, which can be used for designing the wedding book or even a family album over and over using the same template once it is created. I am using Photoshop CS5 in Mac Pro.
What I am going to do is, simply open a simple photo of any book or Album (or the image you would like to make as template) then make a selection using "Pen tool" or any appropriate selection tool, then inverse selection then double click on image layer holding "Alt" to un lock the layer and finally click on Add layer mask, which will make our templete almost ready to use.
