3 simple steps…

1) Locate certified mail slip and receipt (white is mandatory, green is optional but usually unnecessary)

2) Fill out certified mail slip and address your envelope or package to match

3) The USPS or whoever you’re working with will put a certified sticker on your mail, and also tear off and give you a portion of the certified mail receipt to keep for your records (in case you may need to prove you sent it in the future)
