Показать описание
In this lecture we analyze the two dimensional band structure graphene, a 2D honeycomb sheet of sp2 hybridized carbon atoms and find that it is a perfect semimental. This lecture was designed and delivered by Patrick Woodward for use in the course Solid State Chemistry (Chem 7330) at Ohio State University.

At 9:30, should it be when we discuss the translation along a* in reciprocal space, it's the translation along b in real space, instead of a?

I always noticed that the points (111) became (kx=ky=kz=pi/a) and
X(011) becam (Kx=Ky=pi/a, Kz=0) Is there a rule for transferring them..? please

Can you make a video on how to calculate elastic constants of Graphene using VASP and how to analyse it?

Hello' .... As far as xrd analysis is concerned, at the zone boundary differaction of x rays occurse. But in case of electric transport something happens again at the zone boundaries. Is it differaction or interference or scattering or dispersion?
