Unpopular opinion, but this is probably the best boss theme in the series. It's cartoonish and wacky, while also having serious moments here and there to remind you that the boss you're fighting isn't messing around and is far stronger than other foes you've faced thus far. Never Let Up and Big Bang, while not bad at all, are a little too serious, the Superstar Saga boss theme is also too serious (and too repetitive), and the only one that comes close IMO is the Partners in Time boss theme, mainly because of how cute it sounds.
