If you even were alive in some super spacesuit, I’m assuming your inner monologue is at normal speed, and your eyes and organs are processing everything at a normal speed…so there’s no time dilation for you, but apparently when you come out/come back, time will have moved differently back where you came from? That would be so damn cool, but I have a hard time believing that could happen. There is only now. I don’t think anything can exist at the speed other than the speed that we are all experiencing now. Hot take, but it’s seems logical.
