The 2 kids are Mono and Six. The tall man is Thin Man and is Mono in his adult form. Six dropped Mono because she saw his face at the end, and she could see the Thin Man's face. But poor Six didn't realize she made a time loop. The consequences were very big. Also it was a really nice video, keep doing the good work, I love this channel!

You want to know more about its story huh?This is how the story goes:
The reason why Sasha six (the girl) became hostile to mono (the boy) cause since at the intro Six is imprisoned by the first boss (the one that uses shotgun) in a room with nothing but only a music box.Which protected her everytime she's lonely.So she attacks Mono everytime he tries to destroy it.And when Mono finally destroy it she isn't happy about it she already done with all the horrifying encounters she came across with the main character.So she ran by ignoring Mono.And when she catches you at that time she didn't catch him to save him she catches him because she has an ability to absorb energies.Which means she holds him just to suck all of his powers left(which is the ability to teleport from portals) and left leaving the portal open using your his power to leave at this place.As she left with mono's power which she absorbs and is now her's is uncontrollable which cause her to lose control her hunger.While the mc still survive the fall his heart has now filled with vengeance and hatred which he is now trapped in a room growing into the thin man (which shown at the ending)as he's forever stuck in that timeloop.Apparently this timeline of little nightmares 2 leads to it's first part that the avatar is now six(the woman) who obviously loses control of her hunger while witnessing horrible encounters in a new map filled with more monsters. Which means the girl known as Six is untrustful since the beginning.

So when we first encounter the man he wanted to kill her for revenge because she betrayed him/mono. So the man must be future mono. Wow. The amount of story and lore behind this is crazy. Little nightmares is a masterpiece.
