I need a clarification: what if someone applied for an IPO from 2 accounts and have amount balance for only one allotment. Unluckily he gets 2 allotment. Amount for 1 allotment will deduct. What about the 2nd allotment. Will he be banned or will pay penalty or will receive IPO and pay later 😂?.
