Enjoyed the breakdown on the players except for your fascination with turning every hitter into a homerun hitter. If a player is a high BA, OBP kind of hitter teaching them to lift the ball more to hit a handful of HRs at the expense of their good qualities doesn't make sense to me. The same with pitchers. Not every pitcher has to throw 98MPH+ to be successful.

The sad thing is the yankess always need to win now so it's hard to call guys up and keep them there if they don't make an immediate impact.I actually hope this upcoming year we let some young guys play instead of getting a Belinger or Soto. Now Soto next year when he's a free agent is a different story. Lol
