Demoing the new PayPal here card reader on my Galaxy Nexus running 4.1.1 Jellybean

It should most definitely be capable wtih ICS let alone GSIII. However, PayPal may have only limited the function of PayPal here to other devices. Im just speculating so my best recommendation is to contact PayPal regarding the issue.

So it works for 4.1.1 but not ICS?? I noticed when I try to download the app on my Galaxy S3, it says its not supported and prohibits me from downloading it.

He didn't show it actually reading any cards? I have jellybean, etc. and the app sees the reader, but the reader will not actually read any cards.. :-(
