Should we buy the house on the cliff?

We found this awesome house on a cliff! Should we buy it? It is a couple hours away from where we have been looking, but this place is awesome.

the pink one on the cliff mansion would be perfect to live for, with lots of space, storage, and swimming on the beach and the pool. My favorite thing in this mansion is the hot tub

Also, I'd say either the Vieques or the pink one on the cliff. Something to keep in mind is where necessities are, like grocery stores and hospitals. Also, One of my friends has a room and everything in it is blue, after a little over a year with it that color she hates all things blue, so keep that in mind with such a bright and colorful house.
