DOH: QCPD violated protocol over deployed COVID-positive cops in SONA

The Dept. of Health says there was a breach of protocol when QCPD deployed cops in #SONA2021 even if their swab test results were not yet released. There were 51 law enforcers who turned out to be positive for COVID-19. PNP chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar earlier relieved the station commander over the incident.
