🤔 UNLESS the "homeowner" is willing to accept ALL responsibilities in relation to that beach WHEN the govt (local, state, and federal) sees fit (financial, ecological, environmental, legal etc), then no private beaches.
I imagine that it will only take One good hurricane, beach refurbishment project, oil spill cleanup, or sea turtle nest disturbance fine before they change their mind.
The world is FULL of people that want extra Rights, but don't want the extra Responsibilities that come with them.
If they want their own beach, 🤨 buy an island (I hear Epstein's island is for sale)
It's a hard No for me.

Don't try to undo that !
