I love ma'am's explanation but guys i'd urge you to look into some small lines mam is missing, for example in page 223(old ncert) ma'am missed a small paragraph starting with "Low oxidation states are found when a complex..." now you must think "easy ya imp nhi hoga isliye mam ne chhor diya" lekin nhi, usse questions aate hain and ek aaya bhi hain cuz uss sentence mein last mein mentioned hain that Fe(co)5 ka oxidation no. is 0 jo pyq aa chuka hain. So make sure u have NCERT open infront of you and do not miss these little things jo teachers shayad miss kar jaate hain.
