The voice break while you were saying the word “break” (DYC Aluminum segment) was subtle genius!

We got 18 Anlin windows based on your recommendation about 18 months ago and we're so incredibly pleased!! We replaced all-wood DH windows. Beautiful, well-made. Lots of colors absolutely, too (beige on the inside, dark brown on the outside).

How long will a high quality vinyl last like ProVia vs fiberglass Like the Marvin?

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, there are no Marvin Infinity dealers that service my area. But there is a lumber store in my area that sells Marvin Essential, Elevate, and Signature. I think in one of your videos you said that Marvin Essential was more like "Chevy" and that Infinity was more like "Cadillac". In another video, you said that you much preferred Marvin Infinity over Pella Impervia. But since I only have Marvin Essential available to me in my price range, which do you recommend for composite windows in the Northeast U.S. climates, Marvin Essential or Pella Impervia?
Thanks!

Jeff, you should have your own show on TV where you meet with homeowners getting ready to spend thousands too much and help walk them off the ledge of getting ripped off. You’re like the window police. Busting the bad guys and they’re almost all bad guys. I’m talking with one of your DFW guys, Eric, tonight about replacing my windows. I have been spending tons of time researching and it is absolute hell out there. Imagine going to buy a car and all the car salesman does is say, our cars are better and everyone else’s cars are crap. Then, without knowing what you’re really buying, you drop thousands hoping the car will run for at least a little while before you have to fight to get your car fixed. Imagine shopping a Honda model 200 and a model 400 and you ask the difference and the salesman just says, the 400 is better. You ask why and you’re told, better parts but the same warranty. Then you’re told, they have the same warranty but Honda is more likely to repair the 400 without any problems whereas the 200 might be difficult to get the warranty honored.

This business is absolutely hell. I’m glad you’re bringing some heaven into it!

I love Zig Ziglars quote about if you help enough people get what they want, you’ll get everything you want. People just want to know what they’re buying and get an honest product for an honest price. Unfortunately, 99 percent of window salespeople are just focusing on what they’re going to get.

Thanks for rising to the top, Jeff!!

I am looking to replace my current wood windows in a southern designed home in Tennessee. Since we are not replacing all windows, matching our existing windows is important. Could you tell me what window frame material you would recommend that will match the look of wood but offer some protection for the climate (humid with considerable rain), at a reasonable cost. I am considering wood, aluminum clad, fiberglass, and PVC.

I never see you talk about casement windows. Can you use them as a replacement window
