rockratzero solves "XOV to Chicago" by The Bard.
This Extended (0-9) Sudoku uses the XV and Kropki Pairs constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Extended sudoku rules apply, place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and box; however one digit will not fit. This digit can vary and repeat and is to be determined by the solver.
• XV: Digits separated by an X add to 10, those separated by a V add to 5. All X's and V's are given.
• Kropki: Digits between white dot are consecutive.

Lovely solve from you Rockratzero!!! Enjoyed how you determined colors in C9, which then fed through out the puzzle. Thank you for filling in for Bremster and showcasing your mad skills along with all you do for the community!!
Nice setting of this Bard and how you made everything flow nicely.

This was cool! I've never done a 0-9 before. Way easier than I expected.

I'm from Chicago, so I was gob-smacked to see its map in the thumbnail! Chicago is a major railway hub in the development of the US train system..

Missed the "All Xs and Vs are given" constraint until the very end, which made this a bit more difficult than necessary.
Still, I can report that the negative constraint is only strictly necessary to get the last three digits!

Really nice puzzle, and a good solve. I appreciate not continuing the colouring once it wasn't necessary any more.
Edit: I commented too soon.

The missing digit definitely messed with me on this one, but it was not bad. Very weird though.
