Thanks for the demo. I'm new to the gym and I didn't know how to do this, ive just been trying to following everyone else's lead.

Without calling anyone out, I'll disagree with Tony Mireles. I thought this video was excellent, and this guy did a great job of explaining this exercise so that everyone understands it. I've used this machine long before I saw this video, but he pretty much nailed everything you need to know. And for what it's worth, I've found this to be a very effective exercise, along with kettlebell twists, weighted knee raises, and kettlebell wood choppers. This does a nice job of tightening up the "love handles" and the area just above them, and trimming the area just above your midsection. For the average person who doesn't live in the weight room, this is an excellent exercise. You'll find that this makes every-day motions easier. Your clothes will fit better, and you'll be able to put on your seat belt easier.

Oh yeah!!
This machine works wonders!!! Am ex military myself, whereas all the crunches and leglifts done during my Service tightened but not tone my abs, but with incredible and fast results this machine provided. Not a pain freak but in my Army experience, no pain no gain, I pushed my usual routine with this added exercise and WOW. Am 52 & so ready for gym to reopen. Also helps at my job at refinery plant. I started using that machine yesterday and was so confused that one of the employees were staring at me while I was panicking. I got it thankfully and came to watch this video to make sure I was doing it right

I got amazing curves on my sides just from this one machine. I do 190 pounds for each side. The machine is limited up to 207.5 pounds.
