@GorkaGames Im brand new to unreal engine and this tutorial series has been amazing, ive had a couple small issues but with how clear your tutorials are ive been able to go over what ive done and fix where ive gone wrong. Im really enjoying this so far. Thanks

So something i've noticed is that the AI has it very easy to forget the player, i mean if the player runs around its back mid fight it forgets about it and starts patrolling. maybe something for the next one ;)

In practice, is disabling visibility the right move for eliminating certain aspects of the child? Do the calculations still occur for the health bar and such even when it's invisible? If so, then when working on our own projects, would it be best practice to duplicate the AI Blueprint instead of create a child of it? That would add far more blueprint connections to the project in general though. My understanding is that blueprints connections are what cost processing power, so the smallest blueprint is the fastest. Does making a blueprint child save you on these connections? Just wondering what best practice is, although having just a simple way to get the job done is great to watch.

i'm still getting errors for the health bar ui not settting percents or text... nothing wrong happens in game but i['m getting that error. any ideas?

i did the damage part and everything works except that the ai doesnt die when his health reaches 0

The civilians cannot investigate. But the will still have the icon, when you throw a stone. And it doesn't disappear again as with the BP_AI - before the next time you throw a stone. An easy fix of course, but it shows the importance of testing before moving on, because these little bugs pile up. You also forgot to delete the event tick, where you cast to the BP_AI_Boss. You just made the health bar invisible. I don't think this is best practice.

Is it in the course plans to teach how "the story or campaign" is programmed, how progress is saved and stuff?

for the set percent n text code i made it a macro since its used so much n it helps with having to deal with updaing all the ocde again.
