Noel, I don’t know if you will see this but I watch your videos all the time for motivation to not quit. I’m 17 and feel left out because people my age are rich or are in better situations than me. One of your videos stood out and it was about that. I started lifting because I’m young and want to get started early so by time I’m 30 I’ll have my dream physique. I don’t know how to live life sometimes because I don’t have a lot of friends and want a GF but can’t find one. You have made a good impact on me to keep going and not give up and to not compare myself to others. Thank you. 🙏🏼 ❤

Im 17 and just found out I was misdiagnosed with adhd and its ocd and ptsd. Ive been on prescription stimulants since 4th grade. Half my life has been ruined by pills I hated taking that made me hate myself. I feel so alone. “You are only young for so long” hurts to hear because my childhood was taken away by my parents and whatever was left got taken by the meds. I turn 18 in 2 months.
