Canada Lists Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps As ‘Terrorist’ Entity, Iran Calls It ‘Bitter Irony’

In a massive move, Canada has listed Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a “terrorist” entity. Canada accused Iran’s elite guards of displaying disregard for human rights as well as a willingness to destabilise the international rules-based order. Canada also threatened that Iranian officials in the country may be investigated or removed.
