The only "ick" i frequently get is with guys hands. It's a bit of a turnoff if his hands are really tiny and/or if the nails look ungroomed. Maybe it's just that i like men's hands a lot, so it really makes a difference if a guy has attractive hands. A nice watch and a couple of rings (not marriage rings, of course) are the cherry on top.
