I don't care for much of the changes, but the change to crusader strike makes hpal feel really sluggish right now on PTR.

I feel like Blizzard should really have a regular release schedule for gameplay changes and balancing and not lump that in with content patch cycles. A quarterly balance and gameplay changes release accompanied with a new season for pvp and M+.
But that would make too much sense and the beancounters would probably have a fit.

Hey, i just came back to WoW after a 3 Years Brake. Raided CE before as a Healpally and as i saw your Title i smiled.

Healpally never Was really dead but the Community cries really fast. Same Procedere as every year. :)

It would be nice to see a few buffs for the other specs, so while one needle moves left the others are moving right, even if slightly. Rewarding boomkin weaving would be peaches, resto druid is my favorite healer. Roll your HoTs and switch, roll some DoTs, switch back, rinse and repeat. It fits the druid theme as well.

For the crusader nerf, we also need to see how haste will scale and how much cd our holy shock will have at the end with MM stuff, cause, ok we loose 0.5 s but how much second we will win with better stats

and nevermind that devo aura is still a mandatory buff ( and it's been ages since we saw prot pal / ret pal in progression). aura mastery is one of the best CD there is.

topping DPS meter chart and healing is just a bonus.

The funny thing about the focus on venthyr hpal is that more than 70% are playing kyrian hpal because its so much safer and easier to pull off than venthyr and mostly high skilled players and some plebs are playing venthyr. So either they should focus on just nerfing venthyr hpal ability or the damage or do just something else with the class. Ofc the dmg is too insane and should be toned down a bit maybe so thats its not that bursty or whatever but still the dmg comes with a great risk (first of all 4min cd) and secondly missing out on the divine toll massive heals. So basically so far they are just pushing people to one extreme again like all other classes where one covenant is just the best. They should just give other healers more entertaining dmg phases because venthyr hpal is a really fun and challenging spec to play and if blizz takes that away its just making more of the same.
