Oh, "alien" means "strange" or "stranger". Them calling an object "alien" or "unidentified" just means they don't know what it is. It could be a new type of Russian or Chinese craft (which seems unlikely because humanity as far as we know doesn’t possess the technology to make crafts which can make such manoeuvres) could indeed be extraterrestrials and/or extradimensional visitors 👽
