Excellent video. My mistakes were over trading, Revenge trading after losing big and making it bigger 😊, and having Bias, when you have bias I kept fighting myself against main trend that’s going against me, result is big loss.

over trading used to kill me so much. i would rack up L's, then over trade to try to compensate and make things worse in the end.

I would also add, don't get the urge to jump around various methods. Find one method you're comfortable with and learn it. There is no right way to trade either, it's whether your method brings a satisfactory R:R.
