I read the comments and it is obvious some people don’t understand, some people are afraid, and some people agree and some people point out that what he is saying is obvious. To the people who don’t understand why he is pointing out the obvious, I point to you the people that don’t understand. That is why he is repeating. Cause to some they don’t see it. To the people that are afraid, this man or any one man doesn’t have as much control over your life as the person in your mirror. There is no great conspiracy other than rich people will do what is in their own interests since that is human nature. To think that someone is controlling the world events rather than seeing them as aggregate consequences of multitudes of individual decisions is not seeing things for how truly messy complicated and wonderful they really are. Which brings to the last point, the age old desire for “the way things were” has lead to a rise of anti intellectualism. That has always preceded a dark age. People who are smart should not be feared, persecuted, or denigrated simply due to their presentation of new beliefs or ideas. A flexible mind is important to be able to understand many sides of an issue and not be arrogant to think that only my current beliefs or the popular beliefs of the time are the “right” answers. We have a choice to bring in a dark age or a renaissance in the coming years. But it depends on whether we have the psychological and biological disposition to handle the changes coming. Or if the desire for how things were, puts us willingly into a state of suspended evolution, which often opens the door for others whom can adapt and inevitably thrive.
