Greetings, my dear Rovers! Today, we're diving into the character banners for Version 1.3, along with some small but important changes. Let's get started!

As you know, Version 1.3 banners have been confirmed via drip marketing. In the first phase, Shorekeeper is the featured 5-star unit. She's a 5-star Spectro healer and support, using Rectifier in battle. In the second phase, Jiyan is getting a rerun banner. Initially, it was unclear whether Jiyan or Yinlin would get the rerun, but now it's confirmed to be Jiyan.

Now, let's talk about the new 4-star character, Youhu. She's a Glacio character who uses Gauntlets as her weapon. Youhu can be used as both support and healer, improving your team's survivability. Originally set for the first phase, her banner has now been moved to the second phase alongside Jiyan.

Mark your calendars because Version 1.3 launches on September 29th (UTC+8)!

Maintenance will take place on September 29th from 04:00 to 11:00 (UTC+8). During this time, you'll receive maintenance compensation rewards, including up to 300 Astrites and 2x Crystal Solvent. However, there's a catch! you need to create character and unlock the mails feature before September 29th at 04:00 "UTC+8", to claim these rewards. These rewards can be claimed until the Version 1.4 update.

In my opinion, if you need a reliable healer with strong buffs, especially for endgame content like the Tower of Adversity, you should pull for Shorekeeper. She not only provides a 10% crit rate and 20% attack boost but also extra energy regeneration for the Rover.

But at the end of the day, it's all up to you and your team's needs. Whether you’re aiming to boost your team with Shorekeeper’s exceptional healing and buffs or holding out for Camellya, make sure your strategy aligns with your gameplay style.
