I was hoping they would add more clothing or hairstyles, maybe even the ability to get cybernetic arms on console. But to be honest i think this is still a great update

Man you got some things wrong!

1. It wasn't technically CDPR'S own developers, who did this update. It was mainly a helping developer team they hired to do this update, since their own employees are all spread out in their other projects.

2. You can not "spawn Johnny Silverhand in". He will have a 25 Percent chance to appear as it was stated by the developers, so it's random, which makes a lot more sense.

3. Furthermore, it was explained why Johnny doesn't spawn spawn in during Combat and so on. It ISN'T a technical issue like you said. This is lore related. It wouldn't make sense for Jonny to be there in Combat since he literally vanishes always when combat is active and he's not there all the time because it also wouldn't make sense for his character as an engram in V's head, that pops in and out of reality and resides inside V's brain now, to just be there at all times lol. It was also explained by Pawel Sasko.

If I'm not mistaken, their "helpers" are actually modders they pulled to actually add their mod stuff into the game "officially". The car customization, the ride-sharing, the photo mode stuff, all of these are previously mods (some even still having more features than this update gives). With regards to people asking for NG+, there's already an NG+ mod out there that works, but I guess CDPR will stay by their word that they can't do it for xx reasons.

It really made me mad when they keep on talking about personalization and they don’t add adjustable cyberware I just want steel arms like how hard is it

I’m really getting sick of hearing console limitations when they are supposed to be “next gen” yet every game that has released for them has been hit somewhere along the line with console limitations like what do you even mean, why make consoles that can’t run the games that are being made right now it makes no sense what so ever.

If no ng+ at least let me reset gigs I leveled up and now that I want to play around with all my new toys and options I've no enemies to really test things on.

People in the comments saying this is not the community was asking for are obviously not part of the cyberpunk community. At least not that active. Improvements and additions to vehicle and character customization have long been a requested feature. The virtual photography for this game is also a huge community and a huge sector that keeps this game alive, so improvements to the photo mode is a huge W for us. Those who are complaining because there's no NG+ and 3rd person obviously doesn't follow CP77 closely. They've long said that they won't be adding those two to the game.

I wont be installing in fears of breaking my mods. Doesnt look entirely worth it to me! Hope everyone enjoys the update.

Honestly I get how they said they can’t and won’t add NG+ but it would honestly help the game tremendously. You gather all that gear just to run out of really good enemies to use it on. Would be nice to run through the dlc content twice and craft both versions of songbirds tech. They are really sleeping on the potential of a ng+

I love they added custom pictures in apartments and riding with Johnny, features from the most popular mods 🙂

I wish we got more out of the customization menu for V. Giving the player the option to give V things like cybernetic limbs and features like you see on enemies and npcs would’ve been amazing.

Ugh that waiting for Dodger quest was so frustrating, I kept dong it over and over and they always drove into the guys starting a fight it was infuriating. Glad they fixed but wow that was a long wait .

I like how the gorilla arms change the visuals of the hands, I want more customization for the hands. I want gloves. I don’t like using any other arm cyberware because they all show too much bare skin for my liking

EDIT: You can change your character settings at a Ripperdock. Not in the normal bathroom appearance change menu.

Yeah what they don't tell you is that you can't change your facial cyberware to any of the new option unless you delete your character and start a new one

One new secret quest that they added is a Balatro themed scavenger hunt quest. It triggered after about 2 in game days for me.
