That is a very deep question and thought. I imagine Mary did feel this way as Jesus was dying. Yet even in his agony and final moments on the cross, He still made sure that She was cared for by John. Which is one of the seven sayings, “Woman behold your Son, Behold your Mother.” It was because of Jesus’s love for all people that He hung on the cross. Wow, I have never thought about that. There’s no possible way I can even fathom the pain Mary felt when she watched her Son be crucified. What Jesus endured for us, is far beyond what anyone can comprehend. All because of His amazing love. Thank you Lord.❤
