Finally! I was free for two hours and went grocery shopping today. Six days in the house with a sick kiddo. Hit the clearance sections. Came home with three, long sleeved and toddler proof shirts, a skirt and a heavy, knit cardigan. Grand total 25.00. Freezing cold, snowing and blowing in Michigan and they are stocking shorts and tank tops, LOL. I browsed cosmetics to stall going back home, lol. Wet N Wild has some pretty, new packaging, for some of their lip colors. Milani and Elf had new product on their displays. Seen the Elf, Bite Sized Shadow Palettes. Only had the neutrals in stock. Bummer! Really want to try the lip stains from Wet N Wild. Did not see the shade with the coral/orange tint. Enjoyed my mini break, from being a responsible Grandma. I actually was daydreaming and planning an escape to the nearest ULTA. Guilt carried me back home. My precious little girl was waiting. She ran to me as I walked in the door. Nothing in the world, is better than tiny arms, around my neck and the word Grandma! As always, great video!!! Thanks!

I ended up getting the Jackie palette as opposed to this ABH palette. The lack of deeper colour would drive me nuts too. Happy to hear you like it though. It is a pretty colour story.

I like rapid reviews, I get distracted pretty easily anyway XD
At the end of the year I bought a mini palette from Neve Cosmetics (check 'Feline Dreams' if you want a peek), it looks like an agenda with cats on them but somehow doesn't look childish. Basically cold neutrals with some pinks and golds, nothing revolutionary but I like the pans are small (they tend to have Sugarpill pans) because I don't use those colors all the time but I still want to try to explore different looks and even pan them. And I got myself their giant panned duochrome palette, that's something instead I'm excited for, same for Sugarpill famous single Love+. I was looking for a true matte red and it's super nice even if a bit gritty at the touch, but I'm trying to avoid makeup which contains silicones (they clog my pores so I cannot be consistent wearing them).
I'm waiting for a mint single (Mochi) to arrive to me in the mail, cannot wait to test it. Didn't get much more stuff which impressed me or I feel like 'ooooh, I cannot wait to play with it again!' and it's a good sign. :)

You'll have to do a follow up review of those blushes. KVD has a history of not getting blush right. Like it will be interesting to see if it still is performing so nice months from now.

I'm the same with the ABH brushes in their palettes, change it up please. The Carly Bybel palette is now on sale at Ulta, so I'm thinking about getting it. The WnW Mega Last Stained Glass lip glosses look really good, I'm wondering if after the gloss part wears off if the lips feel dry after.
