Doing some Semba Training!

For me to be a good teacher I must keep learning myself whenever I can, a little over a year ago I did a very challenging teachers training course with one of my favorite teachers Lucia Nogueira. One of the best challenges was this Semba Demo Genet Seeker and myself collaborated on! It was a lot of fun to create and perform this demo with very little time to prepare!
