Due to the high number of cast absences (some COVID-related), Rebecca Botterill and Carl Man returned to the show to cover the roles of Elphaba and Fiyero, having departed at the recent cast change a few weeks ago. Samantha Thomas’ first show as U/S Glinda in over 2.5 years. Christian Knight’s debut as S/W Chistery. What a show! Wicked UK were so lucky to have such fantastic understudies in Rebecca Gilliland and Rebecca Botterill! Both should be offered to return at some point as standby, they're incredibly talented and deserve more time to play the role of Elphaba!
