When they were trainees or rookies, they were on very strict diets (i.e. Momo eating only ice cubes, Dahyun was threatened with being kicked out due to her weight multiple times, and Jihyo during Sixteen).

Also, Dahyun mentioned that when they had to weight themselves she came up with an idea: pulling their heir up so the scale would mark less weight, and then the other trainees started doing it too. But they got scolded by the company later on

Mark is someone who would follow every rule, so if he decided to break a rule, then he was definitely fed up with it. They couldn't let him eat a ice cream, seriously SM. Reminds me of cola dispenser gang too. Mark has been working hard day and night till now. He used to train all the time and when he took breaks, he practiced rap in those breaks too, he's really a good role model for his juniors and trainees. He deserved more than a ice dream. He debuted at the age of 16, he was in the show Highschool rapper, had 127's and Dream's group activities and his school. He would go to sleep at 3 am then back to his schedule in the morning. NCT has worked so hard and it's just Mark's story, imagine what the others went through as trainees and even after debut they have strict diet . Now we have new SM rookies, i miss the tshirt with their names and numbers on it.
