Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion just got leaked by Virtuos studios. So it seems it is only a matter of time before this releases. What are our thoughts on the new look?

it could be the video quality but it looks like unreal engine with TAA soft edging on it and if that is the case... then I am not interested unless theres decent optimisation and DLSS4 overrides so I can make it look better than native 4k

I can't stand blurry UE5 lookin games also the reason the colors look muted is cause they use an outdated color gamut meant for 2010's movies not films and the tonemapping is bad too

hence bland colors some cyberpunk modders and UE5 modders are working on work around plug-ins to fix the color issues sadly though UE5 forces TAA by default

and that's not even accounting UE5 doesn't do well on large scales

tbh all in all I hope it's bethesda's own engine and not UE5 heck i'd even take unity at least that you can build off of!
