if we would only eat when we need to.. We must give the body rest sometimes.. With caution.. and we must breathe only when required.. there is a cryptic revelation and dynamic connection there.. that would Amaze you.. and transcend.. many elements.. with nearly immediate benefits... lymph node circulation is an amazing process.. yet to be fully understood... all good things in life are free.. this is a crucial addition to less presumptuous intake.. additional tool of plasma science can be utilized greatly... but until then we must remain standing and ready... only parroting mr. keshe.. the ultimate power lies within.. to give us optimal control of our destiny.

We have come so many years with our Working Science.. on nutrition.. and biology.. that we have failed to realize.. what is right in front of us.. seemingly extraneous.. the plasma technology possibly simular scenario.. it is more similar to a less presumptuous ideal intake.. we have to learn to listen to our bodies more so . . while still trapped in paradigm that requires us to ingest food substances that we design.. great health can be had with this simple vision in understanding.
