I've been feeling very emotional can't stop crying. Thinking about the spiritual work I've been doing over the years and working on manifesting a new beginning, new career, new home, new lifestyle but it seems stagnant. Wondering if I should seek help from other people but don't know who because I've been on isolation for a year now, cut off bad friends, negative people, things and places that where holding me back. I feel spiritually grown and still growing but physically stuck in one place.

I was very emotional last week because I'm not performing the best at work, I'm was emotionally unbalanced and fearful, I just moved into my new apartment on 6/7/24 and finally have my own space. I've been listening and creating positive affirmations, took a walk in nature, eating more fruit, dancing and just connecting to the universe. I'm feeling much better and less fearful. Doors are opening for me. Ase'
