actually, jenna answered this question for me and my friend personally at a meet and greet. Amelia was Jenna's friend when she was younger and they grew up, jenna moved away and lost contact with Amelia and Amelia ended up committing suicide. This song told their story

Just for clarification, the meaning of this song is Jenna had a best friend called Amelia when she was young but they started to drift apart until they stopped talking. When she was 16 Amelia committed suicide and Jenna felt guilty that she wasn't there when she needed her most and so dedicated this song to her

At 3:23 Jenna just looks so broken. If I could I would jump straight through the screen and hug her. I would not let go until I was 100% sure she was okay. That look broke me down which is why I'm currently crying my eyes out..
