I would drop the bottom tier of guys to off the list most of them dont start so theyre graded on a different curve... then everyone in tier 4 except Tannehill goes to tier 5... Minshew, Mac, Pickett, and Jimmy fo to Average at best tier... Deshaun and Russ go to a lot to prove tier... Rodgers and Lawrence (and maybe Lamar) go to a little to prove tier... Burrow, Allen and Herbert stay where they are... Mahomes can be in a tier by himself
