Morj failed to put out the Wano Analysis. Here's what happened.

They didn't believe 100% that he could win. Their faith wavered. That's why they didn't win.

Maybe the real reason the world government will fall are the friends along the way.

My off-the-cuff theory is that Imu was originally part of JoyBoy's crew and there was a rift between him and JoyBoy similarly to that of Luffy and Usopp in Water 7 only that time the rift was never healed and JoyBoy never grew past that point as a captain.

this is the power of friendship explained with romanticism. This is how you do it. Much more satisfying.

You know, if Joyboy had a representative for each of Luffy's crew, Zunesha being Chopper and Robonosuke being Franky, it could be an interesting way to make the concept of the chosen one flip upside down. Luffy may have the destined devil fruit and be the destined person, but if Oda were to show us each of Joyboy's crew and how they failed, it would be a very interesting way to wrap up the series because it would emphasize that even though Luffy was the chosen one, he only succeeded because his friends succeeded in helping him.

The whole idea Joyboy's crew parallels the scabbards is nice and all...

But how does a story like that make Roger laugh?

Agree, in fact, thats why Oden failed. Oden only trust the Scabbards at the end . Before he didnt even want followes. If he had share with the scabbards his deal with Kaido and Orochi they would have tell him that they were lying.

I don't think it's that deep, joy boy was probably just winging it as the first pirate and put up a good fight but lost and as a last resort put processes in place so someone could succeed him. The crew probably did all they could and were expected to do but are blaming themselves because it was still a failure and with the benefit of hindsight they are thinking about "what if" they did more.

so...the One Piece is the power of friendship

I think part of it, and something we see in Oden as well, is a failure to rely on his crew. Of course the crew see that as a failure of themselves, but really it's up to a good leader to use their subordinates.

What if instead of joyboy he was called freakboy and instead of bringing joy he brought freakyness

I'll just say right off the bat before finishing the video that I think you hit the nail on the head here morj, the amount of subtle hints we've been getting about joy boy since Fishman Island are finally starting to neatly stack back together

Recent 150 Chapters?? We knew of Joyboy back in Fishman Island.

At the 11:00 mark you’d been making many comparisons to joyboy’s crew being left and joyboy being taken out. Pretty much everything is applicable to Roger too. His crew was waiting at key spots for their chance to act

His crew aligned with the traitor D => the one BlackBeard inherited his will from.

Marshall D. member of Joyboy's crew was the kanjuro of that era
